What the enquiry form collects

Your name, email address, phone number and what you would like to improve in your marketing. The enquiry also records whether you asked for course emails, the campaign codes of the link you arrived from, if any, a request identifier, the version of this privacy information and the time you sent it.

How it is used

Your enquiry is saved and a welcome email may follow. A colleague from Apex Academy then calls you on the number you gave to answer your questions about joining, including the fee and payment terms. Nothing is booked or paid at this stage.

Course updates and learning resources are sent by email only if you tick the optional box, and you can unsubscribe.

Who helps us run this

These are the places your information goes and what each one does. The companies among them handle it for us, only for the purposes described on this page.

• CloudflareHosts this website and the database where the enquiry form saves your enquiry. Like any website host, it also receives your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site, and its technical logs may include them. Our enquiry records do not store your IP address.
• Google WorkspaceRuns our email. It holds the emails you send us and our replies.
• BrevoSends our emails: the email confirming that we received your enquiry and, only if you ticked the box, course emails. It receives your name, your email address and the text of each email, and only when we send you one.
• Our own computerWe copy each enquiry from the website database to Apex Academy's own computer, where we also keep our call records and prepare the call list. This copy is not kept in a cloud service. The colleague who calls you uses a call list prepared from these records.

Cloudflare, Google and Brevo are companies based outside Jordan, so the information they handle for us may be stored or processed outside Jordan.

We do not sell your information or pass it to other Apex businesses. Advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta receive nothing from the enquiry form.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to answer you and to follow up with you about joining the programme. If you ask us to delete it, we do.

Campaign information in this tab

When a link includes valid campaign codes, the website can keep the source, medium, campaign name and permitted creative or keyword codes in session storage in this browser tab, so your enquiry keeps its campaign source while you explore the site. These codes are not used for cross-site tracking. Closing the tab normally clears this storage; browser settings may affect this behaviour.

Advertising measurement

The enquiry form does not ask for advertising measurement permission and does not send advertising click identifiers with your enquiry. The website does not create advertising cookies. Any future advertising measurement will be a separate, optional choice from course emails and will be described here before it starts.

Free resources and the sample lesson

The resources can be opened and downloaded without an email address. Sample-lesson choices stay in the current page state and are not submitted to the server or stored by the lesson.

Your choices and how to ask

Write to info@apexacademyjo.com for any of these. The data-requests contact named above handles them.

• Stop course emailsUse the unsubscribe link in any course email, or the personal preferences link (the /preferences page) in those emails, or write to info@apexacademyjo.com.
• Stop callsTell the colleague who calls you, or write to info@apexacademyjo.com. We record it and do not call you again unless you send us a new enquiry.
• See, correct or delete your informationWrite to info@apexacademyjo.com. To make sure a request is really yours, we may ask you to confirm it from the email address you used in your enquiry.
• ComplainWrite to info@apexacademyjo.com and we will look into it. You can also complain to the authority responsible for personal data protection in Jordan.

Withdrawing a choice does not undo what was done before you withdrew it. We never refuse a new enquiry because of an earlier request.
